What is your process?

1. You purchase the products you want.
2. After Checkout, you take the photos with your mobile.
3. You upload them to your account.
4. We work our magic.

How many revisions do i get?

Each image we create includes 1 revision. Extra revisions are $75/hr ( minimum 1hr )

Do you ship worldwide?

You bet we do! Although not yet to China.

Can I also get digital versions of the prints?

YES! You sure can! Web-resolution is FREE. Use them for avatars, etc. However the High-resolution version will cost $200 extra each.

Do you also do Custom Work?

You bet we do! Whatever you can imagine or need we got you covered.

Can You Add Typography?

YES! Send us the Font or we can use our own.

Is this done via a filter/plugin?

No. We tested all of them, and they just didnt compare to the hand-made versions an actual artist makes.

What if I dont like the print?
Can I return or exchange it?

In the absence of a defect to the product, we do not accept returns based on requests for a different size, product type, style, border or visual enhancements. Obviosuly, if you received a defective product, we will happily replace it. Just send us a high-quality photo of the damaged area of the product. If it was damaged in shipping, then we’ll need photos of the box, detailing the damage. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and any return shipping costs (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer. The products we have hand customized have been produced with the highest quality standards possible. Please pay close attention to detail and color to insure it is correct before submitting your final order. You will have a chance prior to us printing the final product, to approve all designs. Please keep in mind that colors on your screen may not exactly match the colors of the final product you receive. This is due to the fact that every computer shows colors differently. Only extreme color differences ( ie color Black is accidentally printed as RED or White, will be grounds for reprinting. ) For all returns and shipping related inquiries, email us at orders@juicycanvas.com

How thick is the Stretched Canvas?

A stretched canvas is 1.5 inches thick and is framed with the finest high quality wood.

Will the colors of the actual print match what I see on my computer?

We have made every effort to ensure that the images on our site will be consistent with their physical manifestations. However, since colors can vary in appearance from screen to screen, and from device to device, we cannot guarantee a 100% accurate translation. Personally, we think each piece looks even better in person.

What shipping methods do you use?

At this time, we only offer Standard Ground Shipping via UPS (tracking included). We will soon offer Express 3-day and Overnight.

Do you ship worldwide?

You bet we do! Although not yet to China.

Can I track my package?

Of course. We’ll email it to you as soon as we receive the tracking code.

Can you ship to a PO Box?

No. A PO Box just isn’t large enough to safely fit one of our prints or canvases. We view your creation as sacred, and we’ll therefore avoid risking damage at all costs.
